Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Raven Willis has worked in the government procurement arena for over 15 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of government contracting and negotiations. Her accomplishments span from executing small contract actions under $10,000, to representing large Department of Defense contractors for the sale of complex engineering, development, logistics, and support equipment worth over $20 million in the aviation industry.
Ms. Willis has further gained her thorough understanding of contracts from years of experience preparing price estimates, monitoring contract performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques, in addition to working directly with the Testing and Evaluation sector of the Department of Defense to close outstanding obligations in expiring fiscal years.
Ms. Willis earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Bob Jones University and her Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan School of Law. She currently resides in Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association, and National Contracts Management Association (“NCMA”).
